Our Projects

BWSC is responding to this standard by incorporating sustainable design practices into a growing number of our projects. Several of our completed and ongoing projects are registered with the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and pursuing Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®) certified status. A number of our projects have also been certified by the Sustainable Project Rating Tool (SPiRiT), which is a rating system derived from the USGBC’s LEED system after a mandate requiring the Department of Defense to incorporate sustainable design and development principles into all new construction.
