BWSC is providing mechanical and electrical design services for the design and construction of two dining facilities at Fort Bliss. These projects provide functional seated dining facilities for feeding 1,300 soldiers during three 90-minute meal periods per day. Areas are provided for receiving, storage, preparation, serving, queuing, dining, washing, and all support equipment and facilities. BWSC coordinated designs with the Architect/Engineer (A/E) Integrator and local utility providers responsible for all utility installations to the point of connection. Energy conservation, 30% reduction features, and LEED® Silver sustainable design solutions are incorporated into the designs to support the MILCON program. The project is registered with USGBC and is designed to LEED Silver requirements.
