BWSC, as part of a joint venture with KZF, provided civil, structural and electrical engineering for a $10 million air deployment terminal. The building included a canteen and mess area and offices for officers and customs officials. The project involved roadways, utilities, lighting, and security fences and access points. The facility is used for the efficient deployment of up to 1500 soldiers from Ft. Campbell Army Air Field. The project was designed in two phases. The first phase was the Project Definition phase and the second phase was Design Development.
