Just north of the Gulf Coast, the city of Foley is experiencing tremendous growth in terms of residents and drive-through traffic by visitors traveling to the coast. BWSC updated the city’s comprehensive plan with an emphasis on transportation issues, infrastructure, historic preservation of downtown, housing and economic development. Visioning sessions with residents helped determine what the residents preferred for their community’s future.
