BWSC provided master planning services for one of Kentucky’s premier regional industrial parks.  Planners inventoried and analyzed the site’s natural and cultural features and existing infrastructure, and developed a land use plan to include roadway layout, lot arrangement, utilities, and a lake and trail system.  The final master plan was refined from the initial three concept plans developed by BWSC.
