Auburn’s Technology Park has proven a great success story for the city of Auburn and for BWSC.  Planning, engineering design and construction representation services were provided to develop this business and technology park. After the initial conceptual plan was developed, BWSC made alterations necessary to assist the City in attracting the Briggs & Stratton 300,000 SF assembly facility to the park.  Amenities include a recreation center with shelter, picnic areas, a loop trail system and boardwalk.
