BWSC has been involved with the Opryland complex since the late 1960s, when the theme park and hotel were first conceived. BWSC provided all of the surveying and civil engineering for the theme park (since demolished), hotel, convention center, golf course, and the latest addition, a 200-store destination mall sited on the former theme park's location. From utility design and other infrastructure improvements, to parking and access, site engineering, flood protection, and docking facilities, BWSC has been a partner with Opryland as it developed into one of the most popular convention and entertainment destinations in the United States.
