A dilapidated hotel was transformed into an elegant senior housing facility, guided by the historic renovation team at BWSC. Listed on the National Registry of Historic Places, the 75-year-old solid masonry structure required complete structural reconstruction, new building environmental systems, elevator, fire life safety and sprinkler systems. The interior décor was restored to bring its original 1925 character back to life.
