Faced with deciding between demolition or renovation of an aging elementary school, the Memphis City School board turned to BWSC for campus plan alternatives.  Demolition plus new construction was the resulting choice. BWSC then provided plans, specifications and bid documents for a new 69,000-SF elementary school.
