Nashville, TN – Barney G. Fullington, has joined Barge Waggoner Sumner & Cannon, Inc. (BWSC), as Director of Water Services, responsible for overall direction of water, wastewater, and water resources services across the company. Barney has over 15 years of experience in planning, design, and project management for a variety of water-related projects nationwide. Most recently he served as Project Manager for Black & Veatch, which ranks in the top 10 in water, sewer, and wastewater services according to Engineering News-Record.
Our firm has a legacy for providing water services for many communities and industrial clients. Barney has the leadership and technical skills to direct the expansion of our national water services program.

Barney received his Master of Science Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois-Urbana/Champaign. He is a Registered Professional Engineer and an active member of the Water Environment Federation and the American Water Works Association. Originally from the Nashville area, Barney currently resides in Franklin, TN.
