Nashville, TN — David Schueler, RA, Senior Project Manager, was presented with the Dan Barge, Jr. Award of Merit for 2011 at the Barge, Waggoner, Sumner, and Cannon, Inc. (BWSC) Annual Meeting on April 16 in Nashville. The award recognizes an individual employee of BWSC for distinctive performance in a situation in which he or she has demonstrated extraordinary initiative or capability, beyond the normal requirements of the position, in furthering the interests of the firm. As Senior Project Manager in the BWSC Huntsville office, Schueler has realized extraordinary performance working with key clients such as NASA and AEDC, and was instrumental in the success of BWSC’s work with Raytheon.
The Dan Barge, Jr. Award of Merit is named after one of the company’s founders and is given on an as-merited basis. Recipients are nominated by a manager and voted upon by the Board of Directors. All employees are eligible and recommendations may be made at any time.
Schueler holds a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design from Auburn University and is a LEED Accredited Professional. He is a Registered Architect in Tennessee, Florida, and Louisiana and has been with BWSC for four years. |
