HR Excellence Award

BWSC was recognized in 2007 by the Nashville Chamber of Commerce and the Middle Tennessee Society for Human Resource Management for overall excellence in Human Resources.  The company was honored to receive this award after being recognized in 2006 with a HR Excellence Facet award for employee engagement.  The HR Excellence Awards program evaluates companies on proficiency in five areas: strategy; management practices; employee education; training and development; performance management; and employee well-being and engagement. Judges recognized BWSC for strong processes, measurable goals and impact of the results on the company’s strategic and business plan.  The Performance Management Program, Employee Engagement, Wellness Initiatives and Recruiting Systems were some of the key programs and strategies highlighted by the HR Excellence Award.
